Start with 40 hoursWe start with a short conversation about where your team is strong and where you're stretched. That tells us which hour option fits, and whether you need design help, build capacity, ongoing management, or some mix.
From there, I embed into how your team already works: your repos, your AWS accounts, your tools. I pick up the pieces we agreed on, keep you in the loop as I go, and document everything so nothing lives only in my head.
Each month you get a report of the hours used, broken down by project, so you can see where the time went. You get senior AWS depth on a fixed monthly budget, without hiring for it.
Yes. OrbitOPS is a fixed monthly fee for 8, 16 or 40 reserved hours of AWS work each month, on a 6-month or 12-month term.
On a 12-month term: $1,240 CAD a month for 8 hours, $2,480 for 16 hours, or $6,200 for 40 hours (effective $155/hr). On a 6-month term: $1,480, $2,960 or $7,400 (effective $185/hr). Extra hours are billed at $225/hr. Prices exclude HST. The 40-hour retainer also includes OrbitAUDIT Light, a monthly security report across your AWS accounts.
No. The monthly fee is the same no matter how many hours you use, and unused hours don't carry over to the next month.

Everything I build goes into your repositories and your AWS accounts as infrastructure as code, and I document it as I go. Nothing lives only in my head, so your team or another engineer can pick it up.
